I placed an order, now what?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to complete your order and issue you a tracking number. Once your item(s) have been made, a tracking code will be sent in another email. If you haven't received a tracking number/confirmation email, please check your spam/promotions! We will NOT combine multiple orders. Please confirm your purchase before you buy.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $125

COVID-19 UPDATE: USPS has currently suspended shipping to Australia, so we will ship via UPS which will be more expensive but can ship right away.  

Apparel orders may take up to one week to process and ship out. Thank you for your patience during this time. We aim to ship orders out within 72 hours. However, this is not guaranteed. 

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING RATES:

USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days) - Automatically calculated by USPS.

International (14-30 business days) - Automatically calculated by USPS plus custom dues if applied. Also may use UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, KAIBANZERO has no control over the package status. KAIBANZERO is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages, but we will do our best to help you through the process of retrieving it. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact info@kaibanzero.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please track your packages. KAIBANZERO has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

Refund/Exchange policy: No refunds/No returns. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have two days to return/exchange your order, or until we ship them out.

When will you restock?

What material are your clothes made of?

Our apparel majority of the time uses high quality 99% premium cotton and 1% poly-blend material. 

Some designs use more of a polyester base, and some use 100% cotton depending on the item. We use these fabrics because of their durability, softness and their ability to stretch without damage. Majority of our apparel is either pre-shrunk or will result in minimal shrinkage after a first wash and dry. We experiment with different materials so our products may not feel the same for subsequent prints. No matter what we use, its always bae material.

 

How are your clothes made/How do I wash them?

We screen print our clothes ourselves. Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang drying for best results, however the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs should not fade due to the quality of our prints. Everything is made via small batch in house, because we value quality! Sometimes the neighborhood cat named Simon comes along to cheer us on. (=ↀωↀ=)
